Being nature

After a night sleeping under the stars in montgomery woods -connecting with the silence and the ancient wisdom of the immense redwood trees. The silence brought out my own fears in the night – the trees are healers and they offer the silence of truth, to see what is hidden in the shadows… They offer the grounding to be here, to be part of the earth and to find safety in her roots..

The day brought relief, the sun rising and shining between the leaves, swimming naked in the stream, dancing naked. The force of nature in the muscles, the fragility of the leaves in my stomach- being. Being my nature in nature…
